1. How long is transit time? -Once Payment is
cleared for within Australia 1-3 working Days and Overseas from 4 to 12
days, usually falls between 4-7 days average. Having said that items
have been known to arrive at overseas destinations in 3 days only.

Courier if in Australia.
2. Is the item sent via Registered
Mail?-Generally send items via Australia normal post in Plastic Satchels
and Overseas in Heavy Paper envelope. Item is not registered unless
at the request of the Purchaser.
3. Do you accept returns?-Most definitely
yes. Please remember that the postage for return mail will be at the
cost of the buyer and a full refund will be credited on receipt of
return.
4. How long have you been trading and do you
have references? -Trading since 1989 and Website and Ebay for the

5. Do you supply shops?- Most Definitley, any
Bulk Orders strongly advise you to contact us through the Website and we
will Supply you at "Direct from the Villager" Better than wholesale Prices
guaranteed no Middle Person involved. We will follow your order
through from start to finish and tailor any special requests you may
have. As a client you are welcome to make an appointment to visit
our warehouse in Melbourne. Convenient location.
6. What are options for Payment? By
Credit Card or Paypal. You may also call me and place an order
directly over the phone. Thaipantsman has electronic banking and can
process payment and take delivery instructions over the phone.
7. Do you have a trading location or
shop. Thaipantsman trades at Music festivals, Shows, Down to Earth
Events and Saturdays at ST Andrews Market. Larger events include,
National Folk Festival, Wangaratta Jazz Festival, Down to Earth
Confest, Maldon Folk Festival, Rutherglen Rotary winery
walkabout, Bright, Adelaide Show, Mildura Show, Yarraville Festival,
Clayton Festival, St. Kilda Festival, St. Kilda Night Market in O'Donnell
Gardens off Acland St in Summer, St. Andrews Market , Yackandandah and
Port Fairy Folk Festival just to name a few.
